Return Policy


Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in appearance and have some imperfections by nature. However, we always want our customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us here with reason of return and your order number. We do not offer exchanges.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it- unused, in its original packaging and dispatched within 7 days upon arrival. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each product prior to shipping. However, if you received a damaged or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Lost Items

Once orders leaves our hands, they become the property of the shipper. If the item is lost, we will be unable to process the return. Please contact your shipping provider for additional info.

Shipping Cost

As we are a small business, the cost of returning the item will not be covered by Sunday Aroma and must be paid by the customer.
